  • Group Classes: Full refunds available if cancelled within 7 days of enrollment and before attending the second class. Partial refunds may be available under certain circumstances.
  • Courses: Refunds available if requested within 14 days of course commencement, less any administrative fees and the value of services already consumed.
  • Assessments: Non-refundable once commenced.
  • Online Packages: Refundable within 7 days of purchase if less than 20% of content has been accessed.

User Conduct

You agree to use our services appropriately and respectfully. Prohibited conduct includes:
